Who is responsible
The individual publisher operating Unshipped is responsible for the personal data intentionally processed for this publication. Privacy questions, access requests, corrections and deletion requests can be sent to hello@unshipped.online.
The publication is currently personal and founder-operated. A formal legal identity and postal contact will be added before any contributor, public user or customer-facing interaction is introduced.
Technical data
Like essentially any website, the hosting and network infrastructure may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, and security logs.
Unshipped does not currently use that information to create advertising profiles or behavioural profiles of visitors.
Private AI-assisted operator
The publisher uses a private, founder-only Telegram bot to organize the publication. The bot is not a public website feature and is not open for reader submissions.
Founder messages and AI answers may be processed through Telegram, hosted on Hostinger infrastructure, and sent to the configured commercial AI API (Anthropic or Google Gemini) to generate a response. When the founder requests current research, or when the weekly market watch is enabled, a public research question and minimal project description may also be processed using Google Search grounding; returned reports, search queries, and source links may be cached in Hostinger MySQL to reduce repeat searches. The operator stores conversation and Telegram-note content for 90 days by default and security audit records for 365 days. It may remember explicit preferences and current goals as private quotations, retained for 90 days from their last update by default. The founder can view them with /memory, remove them with /memory clear, or include them in /forget CONFIRM. Saved brand interviews, writing drafts, feedback and editorial commitments may remain while the founder uses the private operator; /forget CONFIRM deletes those founder-owned editorial records. Structured content proposals, research reports, approvals, decisions and operating state may remain while the publication is active and are not removed by /forget. Provider retention and training terms depend on the selected API product, account and configured data controls.
Draft images and videos are rendered temporarily on Hostinger, sent to the founder through Telegram, and deleted from the application's temporary directory after delivery. Telegram may retain delivered messages and media according to its platform and account settings.
The bot blocks suspected credentials and high-risk public content, requires the founder's Telegram user ID, identifies itself as AI-assisted, and offers pause and deletion controls. Proactive messages go only to that configured founder. Readers should not send project material or personal data to the bot.
Cookies
Unshipped does not currently place optional analytics, advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies through this site. Because there are no optional tracking technologies to accept or reject, this version does not display a cookie-consent banner.
When this changes
If Unshipped later introduces accounts, email subscriptions, interactive project submissions, analytics, AI-assisted user features, advertising or payments, the privacy information and any required choices will be updated before those features are made available.
Important distinction
The public website is currently a publication documenting Project 201. It is not currently offering an interactive service, accepting user submissions or selling a product.
